2415347 - Message 10331 trying to view audit table in dump loaded on another server - ASE

A dump of a sybsecurity database was loaded into a database on another server for analysis. However, attempts to select from the table fail with error 10331. 
No error is raised if the dump is loaded on an earlier rollup of ASE.

Example:
