2415547 - PEP Balance recalculation on transfer of an employee

Symptom

Can the PEP amount be recalculated or transferred when an employee moves to a new company with a new Time Account?

 

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite 

Reproducing the Issue

  • Say the PEP is run for 2016 account and 10 days are transferred to 2017 account for an employee;
  • Now the employee transfers to a different company at another location, and since the time information data has changed, a new account is created;
  • The accrual is recalculated but the 10 days from PEP is not getting transferred.

Resolution

  • The PEP will not be automatically transferred or recalculated during an employee transfer;
  • The amount must be adjusted manually after the employee has been transferred.
