2415749 - License containing the configured attributes could not be obtained - SAP IQ

SAP IQ server starts server in grace mode if:

• one of the attributes in the generated license does not match up with the ones when the server was created.
• If such a mismatch occurs then you could see the following in the .iqmsg file:
