2415905 - BI CMS not starting on Sybase ASE

• Business Objects Central Management Server (CMS) is not starting/slow when using Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE) as the CMS repository database
• If the CMS does not start up one of the following is appearing when enabling BI tracing on the CMS:
• Enabling tracing on the CMS process will shown either the last line as shown below - in this case the CMS process will crash:
  
  querystring (select SI_AUTO_CLEANUP_DAYS from ci_appobjects where si_cuid='AfHzkEDjGvZBughFhdtIIdg')
  
  
• The log file will contain the following message part way through the log: 

  SIServerController:run: Fail to initialize or uninitialize. Reason is The root server reported an error Initialization Failure. (Reason: CMS system database is overloaded, please try again.
