2415949 - Scroll bar does not work with sap.ui.table controls in SAPUI5 1.38.11

Symptom

When the result set of a sap.ui.table control has been populated with a large amount of data, clicking the scroll bar does not update the visible rows of the table; however, if the mousewheel is used instead of clicking on the scroll bar the table updates successfully. When debug mode is enabled, the console will display "Uncaught Type Error: oTable.getDomRef is not a function at updateVisibleRow (Table-dbg.js:2932) at eval (Table-dbgf.js:2951)"
