2416121 - Confirmation number (EKES-ETENS) assignment in ME22N

You have a purchase order (PO) item with e.g. three confirmation lines. Their numbers (EKES-ETENS) are sequential: 1, 2 and 3.
Now you delete the confirmation line 2 in ME22N and right after you add add a fourth line. This will have the EKES-ETENS number 4.
However, if you delete the line 2, save the PO, exit ME22N, then start ME22N again and then add a new confirmation item, it will have EKES-ETENS = 2 and not 4.
The number assignment is different depending on whether or not you save the PO and leave ME22N between deleting an existing and adding a new confirmation item.
