2416197 - How to set expiration date of a certificate created with sapgenpse

Symptom

Due to some requirement a certificate was created with sapgenpse which cannot be fulfilled using NetWeaver Administrator. A typical reason is to create a certificate with 256bit SHA signing (SHA256) which is not possible in NWA.

See note: 2172534 - NWA is unable to create certifcates with SHA256, create them externally using sapgenpse. Additionally, there is no option with sapgenpse to set the expiration date of the certificate.
