2416281 - Application error on Time Off and Manage Time Off pages


  • Employee receives an application error when accessing his/her Time Off page
  • Admin/manager receives an application when accessing Manage Time Off page to request absence of behalf of the employee

Reproducing the Issue

1. Login/proxy as the employee then access Time Off page. An application error will be received.


2. Access Manage Time Off page as an admin/manager to request for absence on employee's behalf. An application error would be thrown by the system.



At least one of the annual Time Account Types of the employee has a Frequency Start Date defined. This is a data inconsistency as the Frequency start date is relevant only for Weekly or BiWeekly accounts.




Remove the values for Frequency Start Date field for the annual Time Account Types.

To remove the values:

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Time Off Structures.

2. Search for the Time Account Type then click on Take Action > Make Correction.

3. Temporarily change the value of Accrual Frequency Period to Weekly to show the Frequency Start Date, which is a conditional field then remove the date.


4. Change back the Accrual Frequency Period to Annually then save the changes.
