Closed Time Accounts are visible in the Time Accounts section of Administer Time.

Status of Time Account is closed in manage Data but still Time Account is visible in Manage Time Off

It works as designed.

In the old UI the closed accounts are always displayed.

In PP3 Time Workbench UI, a new filter option has been added allowing the user to either show only 'Open Accounts' (default setting) or 'All Accounts', i.e. both the open and closed accounts.

There is no plan to change any logic on the old UI. So, currently what you see in Old UI is the expected behaviour.
