Symptom

In the Change and Configuration Database (CCDB) the ConfigStores of GroupSource CTC (Central Technical Configuration) shows the error:

CX_ELEMENT_CREATION_DATE_2: Store ID '<xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>': Element date '<date>' is older than or equal to store instance date '<date>'. [CX_DIAGST_RETRIEVE_EXCEPTION]
