2416544 - DBACockpit setup fails with SQL error 1326 or 1385: ImpersonateWindowsUser

During the setup of DBACockpit in Solution Manager transaction SOLMAN_SETUP, it fails with one of the following errors:

SQL error 1326 : ImpersonateWindowsUser: can't logon as DOMAIN2\sidadm error:1326
SQL error 1385 : ImpersonateWindowsUser: can't logon as DOMAIN\sidadm error:1385

This is observed when:

1. The Database Server(instance) to be monitored is on a different domain;
2. The Administrator Login (used to create monitor) belongs to the domain of the Database Server;
3. The Solution Manager runs on a different domain than the Database Server.
