2416548 - App not loading when accessed from Fiori Launchpad

Symptom

  • Cannot load application on Fiori launchpad.
  • Error Message "Could not open app. Please try again later."

  • Error message in browser logs "/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/<serviceNode>/Component-preload.js Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)" 
  • App could not be opened because the SAP UI5 component of the application could not be loaded. Failed to load UI5 component for navigation intent <intent>
