2416619 - Data entry is not supported for filters using a different hierarchy than the display hierarchy warning in SAP Analytics Cloud

When you try to enter data in a table or use the spreading, distribute or assign functions, the following warning message is displayed:

Data entry is not supported for filters using a different hierarchy than the display hierarchy.

or

This feature is currently not supported in combination with filters using a different hierarchy than the display hierarchy.

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2017.04

This is a known limitation.

The workaround is not to use different hierarchies for filtering and displaying at the same time.

Please make sure the hierarchy (in the Show Hierarchy selection) used in the story filter (i.e. YHM) is the same as the hierarchy used in the initial table filter ( i.e. YHM) in the story builder tab.
