Cancellation workflow email notification is sent on editing pending Time off request.

SAP Successfactors Employee Central - Time off

First Scenario:

• Go to an employee’s Time off page -> Click on edit of an existing leave request pending for approval.

• Add/Edit the comment-> Click on Submit.

•  A cancellation workflow is sent to the employee and the manager.

Second Scenario:

• Edit and cancel a pending leave (cancellation workflow also activated)
• Two cancellation notifications are sent (only one should be sent for the pending cancellation)

This is currently an expected behavior.
An enhancement request "TIM-5561" has been created with the product management to suppress this incorrect second notification.
