2417198 - sp_configure error 5861 with invalid total memory value

Symptom

Error 5861 is raised with invalid "total logical memory" value (a value already smaller than "max memory") when configuring for 32729 or more user connections

Example:
Msg 5861, Level 16, State 3:
Server 'sybase', Procedure 'sp_configure', Line 1321:
The current 'max memory' value '114688', is not sufficient to change the
parameter 'number of user connections' to '32729'. 'max memory' should be
greater than 'total logical memory' '74905' required for the configuration.
