2417257 - How to enable Job Profile Acknowledgement

Job Profile Acknowledgement serves as a proof that the employees understand their job descriptions.

These regulations require that these organizations have acknowledged receipt of this information.

Please take note that this applies only to changes of an existing Job Profile that has changes.

SAP SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder (JPB)

1. Go to Admin Center;
2. Configure Profile Acknowledgement Settings:

From Configure Job Profile Acknowledgement Settings:

Select the conditions of your trigger acknowledgment by selecting or all checkboxes:

• Job profile change;
• Job code change;
• Role and job profile mapping change;

Click on Save as the image below:

Note: Job Profile Acknowledgement will be triggered in case of Job code change ONLY if the Job code is changed via Manage Job Profile Content admin tool, by navigating to the user's role and changing the mapped Job code there.
Changing the Job code via Employee Profile or the User Data File won't trigger Job Profile Acknowledgement.
