You have a role configured in BRM, let us say the role name is X. In Role Methodology for role X, on tab Additional Details, section Provisioning, option Provisioning Allowed is set to NO for one or more systems.
After running UAR for a selection that includes role X, this role does not appear in UAR Requests.
