2417829 - SMIGR_CREATE_DDL fails with "According ODS object has no active version"

Running SMIGR_CREATE_DDL to export a MS SQL Server database, with target as MS SQL Server, it fails with the following errors:

     /BI0/ARSPL_AST00
According ODS object has no active version. DDL generation has been skipped for that table.
     /BI0/ARSPL_PLC00
According ODS object has no active version. DDL generation has been skipped for that table.
     /BI0/ARSPL_HST00
According ODS object has no active version. DDL generation has been skipped for that table.
     /BI0/ARSPL_SEL00
According ODS object has no active version. DDL generation has been skipped for that table.
     /BI0/ARSPL_CST00
According ODS object has no active version. DDL generation has been skipped for that table.
     /BI0/ARSPL_PSS00
According ODS object has no active version. DDL generation has been skipped for that table.
     /BI0/ARSPL_AGS00
According ODS object has no active version. DDL generation has been skipped for that table.
     /BI0/ARSPL_LCK00
According ODS object has no active version. DDL generation has been skipped for that table.

         No *.SQL files generated due to error above!

Due to these error messages, no SQL files are generated.
