2418016 - Goto URL field does not get updated while importing a Goal Library

While importing a Goal/Objective library; the goto-url field cannot be imported

Admin tools>Goal Management> Import Objective Library> After import, the goto url field does not get updated in the library

> This is Expected System Behavior as per the current functionality

>The link field cannot be populated from the goal library. The goto-url text field is the URL for the user to click on (Learning Activties). This is only if you are using learning activities with the goal plan. The link field in the goal plan xml is very limited in that all you can do is enter a link. There is not even an option for this link that you put into the goal plan to display in the pm form.
