2418159 - Missing Order Number for Items

Some Elearnings are not included in the Financial Transactions report or some are missing order number.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

• If price was changed to 0 for the SKU, then we can see that the missing Items have no price associated with them. If there is no price associated with the Item, there wont be any orders created hence will not be in the financial transaction report.

• Order for Online Items is created only when they launch the item and are made to pay for the course.

• Therefore all the "missing orders" are for users who have not yet launched the course assigned to them.
