2418394 - Item details are not displayed in Fiori Approval Apps -SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, SAP Fiori, SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

Upon access Fiori approval apps, such as "Approve Purchase Order" or "Approve Requisitions" and try to display items details for some document.

When displaying the item a new (sub) screen is shown with the following message: ‘No items are currently available’ or the screen gets frozen. Moreover, an RGC error "D cannot be interpreted as a number" may be displayed in the gateway error log.
