2418513 - It seems your profile is not configured for this system message after logging into SAP Analytics Cloud

Try to log on to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) using the default SAP Cloud Identity identity provider (IdP) log on screen (e.g.: https://cloudanalytics.accounts.ondemand.com) and the following error occurs:

• It seems your profile is not configured for this system.
• Please contact your system administrator, or end this session and try again later.

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise)

There is an incorrect mapping between the e-mail and the SAC system used to logon to the system.

• Make sure the user with that e-mail address is configured in the system.
• The user account may have been deactivated because the password expired. Use the "forgot password"  option to reset password in this case.
• If the issue was tested with multiple browsers, the web browser cache was cleared, and using the e-mail received from SAP to logon to the system (rather than shortcut or similar) was tested, log an case with SAP Support using the component LOD-ANA-AUT to correct this issue.
