• In SAP Process Integration (PI) or Process Orchestration (PO), you have a scenario which is using the ABAP based Web Service Adapter
• When activating the cache for the Receiver Agreement object related to the scenario, the error below is visible in the Integration Builder -> Cache Status Overview:
  
  Problem while updating a receiver agreement with object ID 697688436B2G382PREX3510N13903. :IIF '<interface_name>' has no active auto-generated
  service definition: NS 'http://<namespace>'
• An identical error may also be visible in the backend ABAP system transaction SXI_CACHE
• You may have just completed an upgrade of the backend system which is involved in the scenario
