2418552 - User's cannot access MyLearning via Citrix

Users who cannot access LMS from remote system.

All other users apart from these can access without any issues.

LMS Successfactors does not officially support Citrix therefore such issues must be investigated by the customer's IT department along with Citrix support.

Please provide them with the latest system requirements document.

Ask Citrix and IT to check the following: Is the standard browser feature called DOM Storage which LMS is relying on to support page navigation enabled?
