2418583 - "Email" the Basic Info section of Candidate Search

Is there a way to remove a field from the basic info filter in the candidate search page?

In the candidate search page, we click on basic info section, we see a number of field as shown in the below image :

For the basic info section of candidate search, user can select any field defined in the Candidate Profile XML to use in search. Fields cannot be removed, hidden, or permissioned; all fields defined on the Candidate Profile will appear.
