2418604 - Reference characteristic value is overwritten by temporarily value set during configuration

Symptom

When you copy a saved temporarily value set to the current configuration screen, all the value will be copied from the temporarily value set including the reference characteristic value, this will lead to the incorrect reference characteristic value for the current item in transaction code VA01 or VA02.
