2418864 - When was a custom report uploaded in the instance?

Symptom

Administrators may need to find out when a custom report was uploaded in the instance. Administrators may need this information for compliance reasons.

Resolution

The date the custom report was imported in the instance can be found in the UI. To find this information, Administrators will need to:

     1. Go to the Learning Administration > Reports > Search for the custom report in question > Click the Edit button (Pencil icon) >

     2. The "Report Details" window will show the date the report was last imported.

In case additional details regarding this import are required, a new custom report can be build to fetch the data from the table PA_REPORT.

We also advise to administrators who would like to have a more detailed timestamp available for the reports import in the UI to open an enhancement request as per KBA 2090228.
