2418881 - When editing item with online content reassignment user list does not include all users

When an item with online content is edited, the reassignment user list does not list all users affected after warning message.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Assign an item to 3 users
2. One user has started/accessed the course, one has not started yet and the other one has completed.
3. Go to the item you need to reassign
4. Go to the online contents tab edit the content
5. Click "save" after completing the editing
6. Only one user is listed in the reassignment list.

This is the current system design, only users who have started but not finished the course will be listed for reassignment. Please note that reassignment will cause these users to lose their progress of the course and they will need to take the course over again.

The solution to this issue is under investigation.
