2419067 - Is it possible for Agency User to withdraw a Candidate after being submitted to a requisition?

A candidate has been submitted by an Agency user. The agency user would then like to withdraw this candidate for various reasons (candidate found another job in the mean time...).

RCM and Agency

As an Agency User:

• Submit a candidate to a requisition
• The candidate is now present in the pipeline in RCM side.

Is it possible for the Agency User to withdraw this candidate?

No, it is not possible.

The Agency User will need to contact an RCM operator (Recruiter, Hiring manager...) to perform the withdrawing in the standard way via the Requisition Candidate pipeline.
