2419101 - Compensation - Displaying the name (label) of an EC field instead of the code

In some cases we are not able to select the Name or Label of a field and only the code is available. For example, we could be interested in displaying the Department name. When we try to find the Job Information – Department.name in the list of available EC Fields in Design Worksheet we can’t find it, only the code.

For those fields where the .name is not displaying as an available option it is necessary to do the change directly on the XML adding “.name” to the fieldName.

 

Please contact Support so they can enable the label fields directly on the XML.
