2419187 - Resolving problems due to "negative cache" error

Symptom

  • Fiori Launchpad does not load or is slow.
  • Applications cannot be launched with error pop-up, "Could not open app. Try again later".
  • Console logs show "Error: found in negative cache" or "Uncaught Error: found in negative cache". This error log item is followed by a path to a .js file.
