2419258 - Error occurs when you click "Apply for Transport into Next System" button in a transport proposal

Symptom

You are using Workflow-controlled transport strategy and you created some transport proposals for some requests.

You have approved the transport proposals and now they are in the status "To Be Confirmed".

Later you deleted one client which was once in the target list when you approved the transport proposals.

Now in SE09/SE01, you display the transport proposal with status "To Be Confirmed", you added some new target systems and new target clients, then when you clicked the "Apply for Transport into Next System" button in the trasport proposal screen, you got the error message "Client XXX does not exist in the system <SID>." Client XXX is the one you have deleted.

For those transport proposals which were newly created after you deleted the client, the error won't occur.

For Example, you have approved the following transport proposal and in SE09 you get the following screen when you display the proposal. Later you deleted the client 002 from system SL1 in SCC4.

Then you input some values in the Target System and Target Client fields, as in the following screen, you click the button "Apply for Transport into Next System (F9)".
