2419270 - Duplicate SIDs in table /BI0/SIOBJNM and/or /BI0/SINFOPROV

• There are different infoObjects share the same SID value in system table /BI0/SIOBJNM, for example:

  IOBJNM SID 
  1KYFNM 108 
  2C-EBELN 108

• BW system may hit different errors such as:
• When add ODATA service in transaction, get Error:

  Metadata not loaded - See /IWBEP/ERROR_LOG in backend 'LOCAL' - Query xxxx is invalid or contains errors....
  Message no. /IWFND/MED024

• run a query, get error:
  

  An exception with the type CX_SY_ITAB_DUPLICATE_KEY occurred, but was neither handled locally, nor declared in a RAISING clause

• In transaction SNRO, the number range object BIM9999991 for characteristic 0IOBJNM has a big current value. The from number might be set with a big value, too. There is a key figure with a SID of more than 7 digits and aggregation is set to MIN or MAX in RSD1. When run a query using this key figure, the query generation fails with syntax error in RSR_BAD_CODING:

  The name "<G_S_DATA_MM_Z____xxxxxxxx_MAX>" is longer than the allowed 30 characters.
  or

  The name "<G_S_DATA_MM_Z____xxxxxxxx_MIN>" is longer than the allowed 30 characters.
