2419398 - Cannot Reschedule the Recurrence of WIP Clearing Runs

Unable to reschedule the recurrence of WIP Clearing Runs.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Inventory Valuation work center.
2. Navigate to the Periodic Tasks view.
3. Go to WIP clearing sub-view.
4. Select WIP Clearing run ID which is in Scheduled status and click on View Jobs.
5. Click Reschedule tab and select Recurrence radio button.

Notice that there is no option to select Daily in the dropdown list to reschedule the job for recurrence.

The reason is that WIP Clearing Run does not support recurrence pattern in Business ByDesign.

Reschedule the WIP Clearing run once for future date and it can be execute once.

System works as designed.
The WIP Clearing Run can be rescheduled to future date and time, but cannot be rescheduled for recurrence.

Remarks:

1. As an alternative, use the standard web service Work In Process Clearing Run Create (Service Name: AccountingWIPClearingRun), available in Application and User Management - Service Explorer work center view. 
2. The PSM Release of WIP Clearing Run BO (FIA_WIP_CLEARING_RUN) is not possible.
