It is not possible to map one job code to multiple job Roles.

SAP SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder

1. Go to Manage job profile content and select your Role
   
   
   
   
2. Select another Role and try to add same Job Code no results
   
   

In Job Profile Builder, one Job Code can only be mapped to one role. One role, however, can have many job codes mapped to it.
