2419558 - How to process Stock Transfer Orders for prior period

How to post and process New Stock Transfer Orders for previous period.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Outbound Logistics Control work center.
2. Go to the Common tasks and select New Stock Transfer Order.
3. Fill all required details.
4. Enter the prior period or date in the Requested Delivery Date field.
5. Select Save.
6. Go to Outbound Logistics Control Work Center.
7. Navigate to Customer Demand View.
8. Find and select the just created Stock Transfer Order.
9. Click Release.

In Order to Post a New Stock Transfer Order to prior date follow the procedure below.

1. Go to Outbound Logistics work center.
2. Navigate to Delivery Proposals under Delivery Control View.
3. Find and select the Delivery Proposal of the just created Stock Transfer Order.
4. Select Post Goods Issue.
5. Fill in all required details.
6. Enter the prior date for posting in the Shipment Date field.
7. Click Release.

Outbound Delivery is created and Saved.

1. Go to Inbound Logistics work center.
2. Navigate to the Inbound Delivery Notifications view.
3. Find and select the Delivery Notification (use the above created Outbound Delivery ID).
4. Click Post Goods Receipt.
5. Fill in all required details.
6. Enter the prior date for posting in the Actual Delivery Date field.
7. Click Save and Close.

Inbound Delivery is created and saved.

Journal entry and all relevant postings are posted for prior date selected.
