2419588 - Hybrid Web Container TransformItems not processed by SAP Mobile Platform queue

Symptom

  • Transform items send from backend to HWC application are not processed in the SAP Mobile Platform queue.
    AND
  • In the error log of the Hybrid applications might see the following error several times:
    Transformer error for queue id = 83771: System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80004005): Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component.   at RSyncEngineLib.SyncEngineClass.ProcessAMPTransformedMessage(UInt32 iTransformQueueId)   at iAnywhere.MobileOffice.AMP.Transformer.CallBackToSyncEngine(Int32 iQueueId)   at iAnywhere.MobileOffice.AMP.Transformer.ProcessOneQueueItem(Connection oConn, Record oRec)
