Symptom

The following error can be found in the e2edcc_iis.<x>.log file from the Diagnostic Agent:

[Thread[ExRun:OutsideDiscovery_3,5,OutsideDiscovery:ExecTG]] Error      [IISInfoPushJob:readPropertiesFileXMLFileDescriptor] Cannot read file: <disk>:\SAP\Content Server\SAP_metadata_props.xml

In addition, the file does not exist in the system.
