2419656 - Agency unable to upload resume

Symptom

Agency user is getting assertion error when uploading resume while trying to add a candidate.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access Agency portal and choose requisition and select "submit new candidate"
  2. Populate candidate details and try to upload resume
  3. Get assertion error
  4. No candidate shows added to the requisition
  5. Go back to instance and search for candidate
  6. Candidate shows in search results and candidate profile is found but does not show to agency and no resume is attached
  7. Go back into agency portal and try to resubmit
  8. Get message that "candidate already exists"
  9. Try to submit as existing candidate
  10. Get message that there are no existing candidates and you cannot see the candidate on the requisition. 

Cause

This happens when the value entered in Admin Center > Setup Agency Access > Select affected Agency > Candidate Ownership has 7+ digits.

Resolution

The value entered in Candidate Ownership should have 6 digits maximum. The recommended maximum value is 1875 days (5 years).
