2419658 - Searching for PeopleSoft Roles fails with "unexpected_message" error

Symptom

  • Cannot import roles using the PeopleSoft Plugin
  • Searching for PeopleSoft Enterprise Roles shows the error "org.apache.axis2.AxisFault: Received fatal alert: unexpected_message"
  • In the Web Application Server CMC traces, it's observed that the connection is closed during the sending of a request from the web application server
