Admin can now view the direct link for the collection using the direct link wizard

Enhancement - LRN-15609

Administrators can now create direct links to collections.

Steps:
1. Login as an Admin
2. Navigate to System Admin > Tools > Direct Link
3. From the "Direct Link Type" drop down select the option "Collection"
4. Search for the Collection ID and Click on View Link.

Admin should now have a direct link for the collection. This link can now be used by the users to directly go to the collection.

When users click it, they are taken directly to the collection (as opposed to searching for it). This allows administrators to communicate more effectively about specific collections with users.
