2419719 - COPA Data Source Extraction Returns "Maintain Fiscal Year Variant" Issue

Symptom

When running Full/Delta/Initiallization Infopackage in BW System for a CO-PA datasource, such as 1_CO_PA_TEST, its ccorresponding job cancelled with the following information in the job log:

Maintain Fiscal Year Variant XX

This problem also can be observed when testing with T-Code RSA3 in Source System for this datasource.
