Symptom

  • A client connection unexpectedly terminated.
  • ASE errorlog contains an "Infected with 11 error" in the module oj_contig_bm() with a stack trace:

Current process (0x570024) infected with signal 11 (SIGSEGV)
Address 0x00cb2b50 (oj_contig_bm+0x20), siginfo (code, address) = (1, 0x0000001c)

  • The stack trace includes the following functions:

oj_contig_bm
oj_contiguity 
oj_xform
s_preprocess
s_compile
