2419818 - Vendor key required for addon ST-TAO 200 in PREP_EXTENSION/ADDON_QCALC phase during Solution manager 7.2 upgrade

Symptom

During Solution Manager 7.2 upgrade using SUM, the tool requires decision for add-on ST-TAO 200 in IS_SELECT phase. When you select "Keep version", it fails in PREP_EXTENSION/ADDON_QCALC phase with following error,
