2419882 - Survey result to be sent to Instructor

Symptom

  • When a learner completes the survey, the response should be accessible to the instructor. 
  • The system should allow survey results/feedback to be routed, viewed, or made available to the instructor.

Reproducing the Issue

The instructor attempts to view the learner's reply but cannot access it directly through the system.

Resolution

  1. If you are using surveys in the system, the feedback provided can currently be accessed through two reports available only to admins:              
    •  Survey by Individual response
    •  Follow-up survey by Individual response 

       2. If your instructor is a user in the system, there is no functionality available at present for instructors to directly view the results.

       3. Admins must publish these reports to users for instructors to access the survey results.
