2420059 - "Export Failed" error when exporting files from Manage Documents

• Users cannot export multiple files from File Storage Document/Manage Documents
• Users receive the error "Export Failed. Please try again."

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Navigate to the Manage Documents tool.
2. Select one or more files for downloading/exporting.
3. Click the option to export/download.
4. An error message, "Export Failed. Please try again", will appear.

The export size limit is 50 MB. Exceeding this limit will cause the error.

Increasing the export limit is not possible, but a bulk download to SFTP can be performed.

The bulk download for attachments feature enables offline downloads in bulk and allows users to view their download history. Requests are downloaded to a secure location established through configured SFTP settings. This feature supports up to 20 simultaneous downloads in BizX, with each download limited to a total file size of 5 GB, and allows up to 10 concurrent download requests per user.
