2420179 - SAP Work Manager or Agentry Getting Stuck During Transmits


  • Work manager is deployed to Agentry clients running on iPads
  • Attempts for Agentry clients to transmit often gett stuck at "Checking Get Work Orders" stage.
  • When the function module is executed in SAP ECC, it is successfully completing in 2 to 4 minutes. 
  • Similar behavior happening during delta download for Functional Locations and Equipment. 
  • After work order fetch BAPI execution on the SMP Server log, sometimes shows "loggedOut" message and Session End.
  • On the client devices users would see the following error message after getting stuck for a while
    Communications error (14)
    'Angel' Connection failed
    Ending transmission
