It requires more data points to run a predictive forecast.
There is no precise way to determine how many forecast values can be expected from predictive service. The rough estimate is 25% of total number of data points minus 2. The actual returned forecast may vary a little bit. The UI uses 25% as the upper limit to guide user selecting the Forecast To.
