Symptom
- Replicate from MS SQL Server to MS SQL Server using SAP replication server.
- When updating a table with an identity column, the DSI connection goes down with the following error:
ERROR #1028 DSI EXEC(110(1) <data_server.database>) - neric\dsi\dsiqmint.c(5112)
Message from server: Message: 30291, State 0, Severity 19 -- '[[ Message Iteration=1 | Data Source Name=<data_server.database> | SQLState=42000 | Native Error=195 |Message=[Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server] 'identity_update' is not a recognized SET option. [Message Iteration=2.
THREAD FATAL ERROR #5049 DSI EXEC(110(1) <data_server.database>) - neric\dsi\dsiqmint.c(5125)
The DSI thread for database '<data_server.database>' is being shutdown. DSI received data server error #30291 which is mapped to STOP_REPLICATION. See logged data server errors for more information. The data server error was caused by output command #1 mapped from input command #2 of the failed transaction.
