2420522 - Can't add Grade/Completion in Record Learning - Multiple - LMS

When trying to record learning for an Item using the 'Record Learning - Multiple' tool it does not allow an option to enter Grade/Completion.

SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - All Supported Versions

1. Go to Users tab and select Tools
2. Now select Record Learning - Multiple
3. Select the Item and user that need to be recorded and select next
4. The Grade/Completion field shows a dropdown menu but with no options
   
   

1. Navigate to Learning
2. Select 'Items' and search for the Item in question and open the Item record
3. Select Related > More
4. And  then select Grading Options
5. Grading Method can be set to Numeric, Value-Based or Inherit from Item Type
6. The grading options for the Item type can be found at References > Learning > Item Types
7. If 'Numeric' or 'Value-Based' option is selected then a value needs to be added
8. If no value is added then it will display the blank dropdown field when recording learning
   
   

Note: Alternatively 'Inherit From Item Type' can be selected in which case the value set at the Item type will be used
